Feasting Menu
Our feasting menu is a 3 course set menu for groups of 8 or more at £42pp.
A chef’s selection of sharing platters for the table, with a focus on seasonal produce in line with our current menu.
Followed by:
A slow-roasted local pork shoulder, which is cured overnight, then slow barbecued for 6-8 hours before being glazed in homemade hoisin.
or
Wild mushrooms topped with house made mushroom XO and whipped tofu.
All accompanied by weeping tiger sauce, fresh herbs, sesame pickled slaw, confit potato topped with old Winchester, pancakes & lettuce for making wraps.
We are able to cater for all dietary requirements with 48 hours notice of your booking.
